Shipping/Handling Policy for Exceptions

*All orders totaling (excluding sales tax) $100.00 or more will not have a shipping charge applied to the order. This only applies to orders shipped in the Continental United States.

(For orders less than $100.00, a $13.50 flat 'LESS-THAN-MINIMUM/DROP-SHIP' fee will be applied to the order.) Some items may incur a special shipping charge which would be applied irregardless of the free shipping or flat shipping fee policy.

**Orders that are shipped to Florida (FL) will be charged 6.50% state sales tax.

After verifying your shipping and payment information, all you need to do now is submit the order in to our system. Shipping times can vary based on items ordered. Generally, items ship in 2 to 5 working days. Out-of-stock items will take longer. Any custom-made items must be ordered by phone and may take longer to ship.

***Shipping charges on international orders (outside of the United States) incur an international shipping charge. If your shipping address is to a country other than the United States, the shipping charge cannot be computed at this time, and you will receive an email giving details on the shipping charge and will be asked to verify your order at that time.
