Returns and Exchange Policy

Returns must be authorized in advance, in writing, by A Patriotic House. Unused and Unopened materials only may be returned. Enclose packing slip and return via UPS/FedEx/DHL. Customers must prepay return freight. Credit on account will be issued, less a restocking charge equivalent to 15% of the net value of the goods returned. Custom-made and other non-stock, special order items are not returnable. No returns accepted after 60 days from invoice date - no adjustments of any kind after 180 days.
